Clients with little to no eyelashes and those who struggle to draw on their eyeliner, want to wear less makeup or have smudgeproof and waterproof results!

Pain is relative, however the procedure itself shouldn’t be painful. A mild stinging sensation may be felt during this procedure. During the procedure, an ointment can be applied to help minimise pain and discomfort.

For some treatments, a patch test may be required at least 48 hours before your treatment. Providing no adverse reactions take place, we will be happy to proceed with your treatment. Failure to complete a patch test before your appointment could result in your appointment being cancelled and the loss of your booking fee. I understand that a patch test for pigment does not guarantee that I will not have an allergic response as well as anaesthetics. I am aware that an allergic response is rare and accept full responsibility if an allergic response occurs. A reaction can happen with or without a patch test on a very rare occurrence.

Some clients may require a touch up after the initial treatment. Touch up appointments are to be completed within 8-12 weeks from the initial treatment. The touch up cannot be performed earlier than 8 weeks after the initial treatment as we need to wait for the area to fully heal before making any adjustments. Some individuals may require additional touch ups due to lifestyle, skin type, poor aftercare and other factors. We are not responsible for poor pigment retention or poor aftercare and these actions may result in needing further touch ups. Touch ups are not included in the price of the treatment and are chargeable.

Having any type of permanent makeup or fine line tattoo treatment is a safe process as long as you adhere to the policy and instructions provided. You should always do your research and choose the right artist for your needs.

There is no definitive answer as to whether we can offer a cover up as this is dependent on the shape, colour and positioning of the previous work. If you have badly-performed permanent makeup makeup, you may need to opt for a removal procedure first. Please contact us to arrange a consultation.
